We can work together to find a solution whether you are carrying invisible wounds from trauma, chronic stress, or major life changes. In our work together, you'll find a compassionate, research-based approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with polyvagal-informed practices designed to calm your nervous system and help you feel safe in your body again. Healing isn’t about forgetting the past. It’s about finally feeling free from it.
I aim to create a space that’s structured yet compassionate, where you don’t need to have it all figured out to be met with understanding. I value authenticity, collaboration, and building trust at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and providing affordable sessions under supervision . If you’re seeking support that honors both the science of mental health and the art of simply being heard, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
