Jennifer Winzenburg is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and support. Jennifer works with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress-related concerns.
Before transitioning into the mental health field, Jennifer spent more than a decade in marketing, communications, and public relations, working with national brands, entertainment companies, healthcare professionals, and high-pressure corporate environments. That experience gave her a deep understanding of burnout, performance pressure, chronic stress, identity struggles, and the emotional toll that fast-paced careers and life demands can have on individuals and families.
Her clinical experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and family conflict, as well as supporting survivors of sexual assault and individuals navigating traumatic experiences. Jennifer also has experience in working with teens facing self-harm, cutting behaviors, and suicidal ideation.
Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system-informed techniques, and strengths-based interventions, Jennifer works collaboratively with clients to help them build emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, stronger self-awareness, and meaningful long-term change.
Jennifer believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can show up authentically, feel heard without judgment, and begin navigating the waves of life with greater confidence and clarity.
